The flat is a 15 minute walk from Herne Hill, 8 minute walk from West Dulwich, 7 minute walk from Brockwell park and 15 minutes to Dulwich Village. North Dulwich and Tulse Hill are both within 20 minutes walk. The Number 3 bus route runs along Croxted Road and the nearest stop is a 1–2 minute walk.
