2 rooms flat of 76 m² in London

I'm looking for someone to take on my 2 bed Maisonette 1st floor flat in Seven Sisters, available from 1st August 2025 for 8 months until April 2025. It has 2 big double bedrooms (the main bedroom has a King size bed), 1 bathroom with solid water pressure, Kitchen/lounge with lots of counter space, private garden (which have 3 veggie patches on-going if you have a green thumb). The flat comes part-furnished (or we can discuss fully furnished) - happy to discuss what you would like to take or leave. It's a lovely area with lots going on in the local scene, art, music, food, booze (naturally). Close to loads of transport links, Lea Valley canal and Markfield Park you can easily get into town or away from the hustle and bustle. We have lovely neighbours downstairs who are happy to collect parcels if you are out (and vice-versa). I'm hoping for a couple or friends to take the place and look after it well. Although I will be aboard, I'm back often so if there are any issues we can get them seen to asap.
