My flatmate and I are both relocating for our new jobs and therefore we’re looking for some lucky people to take this beautiful and spacious 2B2B! This flat is fully furnished and comes with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so no need to fight for bathrooms in the morning! Bedrooms come with double bed, built in wardrobes desks and chairs, and if you need additional furniture or parking space just give the landlord a shout(the most understanding landlord I’ve ever met). The flat also comes with washer&dryer; wardrobes at the entrance so plentiful of space if you got lots of shoes and coats; a big balcony which I’m sure you’ll enjoy cuz summer’s just around the corner; the building is very accessible as it comes with lifts; concierge services til 3am in the morning; swimming pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi(you can also bring guests to these facilities so perfect place for hanging out if you got guests over). The rent is 1400pm, deposit 1700(for some reasons I’m unable to fix the ad)bills combined are somewhere between 80-120 per months but summer’s coming up so electricity bills will go down. Our current lease is til the end of September, but if you like this flat, the landlord is happy to extend the lease, as he’s also looking for long term tenants.
