TRANSPORT: It is located in Balham. 12 min walk to Balham station and 15 minutes to Clapham South which is zone 2. There is also good bus access to Balham, Clapham south and Brixton. The bus stop to Balham is less than a minutes walk which is good if it is raining! LEGALITY: EPC Energy rating and Gas certificate is available. Contracts will be done and deposit held securely.
