Flat situated on a quiet residential street, 5 minutes walk from Tesco express and 10 minute walk to Sainsbury's and Walthamstow high street. Comprising of a large bedroom, which includes a big double wardrobe (plenty of storage), a light and bright dining/living room. Fully fitted modern kitchen and shared rear garden. We are looking for someone to take over our 6 month lease which also has the option to be renewed in February 2026, subject to landlord approval. The current contract allows for a small, well behaved (trained) cat/dog. If you decide to move forward, we will pass your details on to the agency and they will manage the process from there (it'll be the standard checks and a change of name on the tenancy).
