Two to four month sublet. I'm going away to Brazil for work and to visit family from mid December 2025 to mid-March or mid-April (tbc) 2026 and am looking to sublet my sunny and spacious one-bedroom flat from December 15th. My return date is still flexible. Two months minimum stay. Approximately 65 sq. meters with direct access to a large shared garden. Bills not included. Council tax (£166), gas & electric (dependent on use), Water (£38) and Internet (£35). Proof of income and one reference required. Ideally located between three large parks, close to shops and public transport—40 minutes to London Bridge via Overground & Jubilee, or train. No pets, sorry. Couples welcome.
