Two-month sublet. I'm going away to Brazil for work and to visit family during the Summer and am looking to sublet my sunny and spacious garden one-bedroom flat from July 8th to September 12th, 2025. Approximately 65 sq. meters with direct access to a large shared garden. Bills included except council tax —well below market rate. Proof of income required. Couples welcome for an additional £250/month that will be passed on to the landlord, as he prefers me to sublet to a single person. Ideally located between three large parks, close to shops and public transport—40 minutes to London Bridge via Overground & Jubilee, or train. No pets, sorry.
