1 large bedroom and large living room. Shared garden with 3 other properties. 10 minute walk to Highgate tube station and 15 minute walk to Crouch End. Looking for replacement tenants as I need to move out but it’s on a 2 year contract until June 2027. Obviously with the renters right bill being effective from May the contract can be cancelled earlier. Message me about viewings and can look to get something arranged. Most likely weekends or evenings. Any replacement tenants will be subject to checks from the estate agents who manage the property but I can put a name forward and liaise.
