It has a spacious entrance hall, toilet, shower, bedroom and a large open plan kitchen, dining area and living room. Pocket doors allow you to close off the bedroom if you wish. Newly installed wooden, double glazed patio doors open out from the bedroom to what is probably one of the most wonderful views in Brockley, where you can watch amazing sunsets over London. A balcony with steps leads down to its own private courtyard and deck. The garden area has a bistro table and chairs. The flat is light and spacious and it has a modern fitted kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine is housed in a storage unit in the entrance hall. There is also a small two seater sofa, a flat screen TV and a dining table with 2 chairs. The entrance hall and shower room has underfloor heating. The rest of the flat has electric radiators and electric fan heaters. Both the bedroom and living room have built-in wardrobes / cupboards. Plantation shutters at the front of the flat open to views across Hilly Fields Park. The flat has high speed Fiber internet. Hilly Fields Park has lovely views across London and Kent. You can see Canary Wharf, The 02 and even the Emirates Cable Car. Parkrun operates on a Saturday morning and there are a variety of outdoor keep fit and exercise classes running throughout the week. The park has a cafe, tennis courts, a basketball court, play area, nature reserve and cricket and football pitches. It is part of the Green Chain walking route. The neighbourhood is peaceful, with the lovely Hilly Fields café in the center of the park, and it’s only about a 10-minute walk to Brockley station with plenty of eBikes often seconds away.
