Our spacious Victorian four-bedroom maisonette apartment is available at a significantly reduced rent. The flat has been our home for over 15 years now, so is hopefully in much better condition than most rentals. The market rent for this whole apartment would be £4500 per month, but we have reduced this significantly as we will occasionally share the apartment. We’re offering our spacious Victorian four-bedroom fully furnished maisonette on a leafy garden square just a 5 minutes walk from Stamford Brook and Ravenscourt Park tube stations (the District line runs at the rear of the flat) – as a full flat rental. The flat is strictly no smoking. The flat is available for £1950 + bills for an individual. For a couple, to reflect the extra wear and tear, the rent would be £2050 + bills IF two double bedrooms are taken by two sharers, then the rent will rise to reflect the loss of a spare room. The rent for 2 sharers would be £2200 + bills.
