Hi :) I will be abroad from 16th March to 19th April and am looking for someone to sublet my flat during this period. The flat is a 1-bedroom conversion located on a calm, idyllic road in SE London, 10 minutes walk from West Norwood station and 20 minutes from Streatham Hill. I’m looking for someone clean and respectful to entrust with my space who will be considerate of the neighbours who live in the other flats in the house. If you can water the plants every week or so that would be appreciated too! About the flat: - 1 bedroom Victorian conversion flat - Split level: kitchen & living room downstairs, bedroom & bathroom upstairs - Desk provided & kitchen fully equipped with utensils & cutlery - Bedroom fitted with double bed, wardrobes, and a cozy reading nook - Smart TV, fast WiFi, air purifier, washing machine all included - Newly painted and decorated About the area: - Set in a safe and idyllic residential area in West Norwood - 10 mins walk from West Norwood/20 mins from Streatham Hill - Regular train connections to Victoria & London Bridge - Brockwell Park & Streatham Common in walkable distance - Lime bike & scooter parking round the corner from property - Free car parking on road by property - 5 min walk to cafes, pubs, gym, cinema, and local shops Rent: £1850 for the entire period with all bills included (council tax, gas, water, heating and internet). £500 security deposit. The apartment is available from 16th March to 19th April. Move in/move date can be adjusted by a few days but are relatively fixed as this is my sole residence.
