Hi there, We are renting a modern 1 bedroom flat (ensuite bedroom) in the centre of Stoke Newington while spending the summer abroad. The apartment is a 2 bedroom apartment with a garden; 5 minutes from Stoke Newington station and next to Stoke Newington Common park. Church Street and Clissold Park are a 10 minutes walk away. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops around the corner from your quiet street. We are looking for someone calm, tidy and respectful. This is essentially not a party flat so someone who enjoys a chill atmosphere at home is welcomed. There is plenty of communal space in the living room and the garden, perfect for the upcoming spring and summer period in London. The minimum period for the stay is 3 months, starting from the 04th of July. We will be away for the summer but will keep our belongings in the second room of the apartment. All bills are included in the price.
