Bills approx £70 pcm There are a few places available but you need to find Smith street Surbiton kt5 on google to see it's only 10-15 mins walk from Kingston Uni. The first thing would be to arrange for a viewing even if you propose to move in August/ September time. I also have a list of single students, post grads and professionals looking for others to share with.
