I'm looking for someone who can officially take over my contract of the University of Glasgow accommodation. New resident has to be the same profile with me. - Current student at the University of Glasgow - Postgraduate - Female The rent is technically £201.18 per week (approx. £863 per month). You can move in anytime after Monday 26 May. The contract starts from the week (beginning Friday) you move in and ends on Friday 5 September. The information of the flat is as follows. - Accommodation name: Havannah House (16 Havannah Street, G4) - Room type: Classic en-suite room on 3rd floor (Shared kitchen and private restroom/bathroom) - Common space is well equipped. Gym, lounge with pool and ping pong table, study room and TV room are all available. - Bike parking is also available - The staff are friendly, issues are solved quickly and wee events are often organised. - Located near High Street station (Scotrail/6min walk). - Close to Aldi and Morrisons (7 min walk) - Takes around 40 minutes to go to uni, but it's close to City Center (15 min walk to George Square/Merchant City). There are 7 flatmates including me, 3 girls and 4 boys. All of them are really kind and friendly:) Please message me if you’re interested or have any further questions!
