Hello, I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in the Middle Street Brighton. Such a fab location for the train station and the centre of town and the lanes. It's a recently refurbished studio flat, its £795 a month ( which is inclusive of water). You will need to go through the referencing process with the letting agent and pay the security deposit of £917. It is an unfurnished flat but I have bought a bed and some furniture which I would be willing to negotiate leaving. Please message any question you have
