3 rooms flat of 55m² in Newcastle upon Tyne

The flat is in a great location, perfectly situated within walking distance of the Quayside, city centre and the Ouseburn. The area is quiet and peaceful considering its central location. The flat has views on to tree tops and has two balconies. There is off street parking in the residents courtyard and a video door entry system, but no lift! I'm looking for a 'single house hold' to rent the flat, so either 1 person taking the flat or a couple or two friends for example. The rent is £1200 a month with bills on top. This flat was originally set up as an airbnb so the flat is fully furnished to a high standard. The flat has 3 bed rooms, one is allocated for extra storage. I’m looking for clean and tidy renters who will take good care of the flat, and will be respectful to the other residents in the building. I like to think of myself as a good landlord, I’ll be responsive and aim to sort any issues quickly. I want to help create a nice home for someone to settle into and in return I would like tenants that will respect the place and take good care of it.
