1 room flat of 25m² in City of Edinburgh

Updated Feb 24th: I'm subletting my flat from the end of February till may 15th, and looking for a responsible, reliable tenant to fill the space in the mean time. If you have any enquires, send me a message. This studio flat is the perfect base to explore Edinburgh. With excellent transport links at your doorstep, you’ll have easy access to the whole city. Whether you’re a solo traveller or a couple, our studio offers you the convenience and comfort you need! The space Combined living room/kitchen area. 1 bedroom with ensuite shower room. There is a Tesco and a Lidl under a two minute walk away. Please note that access to the flat is up steep stairs to the 5th floor. There is no lift. The heating is operated by two electric heaters. I ask the potential tenant to be mindful of the usage, as the bill can get quite expensive. You will need to pay the cost of your electricity usage. So the only bills to pay will be electric. I can send you a screenshot of the bill each month. There is also a monitor at the house (in the kitchen). If you are in all day and running both the heaters all day, it can quite easily get up to £10 a day. If you are out working and using the heating mostly for the mornings and evenings, it will be a lot cheaper. I don't recommend to go to sleep or go out with them on. I'll pay half of anything over £200 on the bill. i. e, for £300, I'd pay £50.
