We are going on holiday and subletting our flat for 6 weeks from 06 Dec - 15 Jan. The location is very central for this price. 10 minute walk from Angel Station, 15 minute walk from King's Cross Station. The flat is in the basement of a semi-detached house opposite Barnard Park. The neighbourhood is charming and peaceful and a 10 min walk from the centre of Angel where there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets. There is a garden but it might be a bit chilly over winter! Ideal for a young couple who need somewhere central to stay in London over Christmas. We would prefer a tenant who stays the entire 6 week period but offers for shorter stays will be considered. Price includes all expenses including WiFi and Council Tax.
