I am renting my one-bedroom, 70 sqm furnished flat whilst I travel from 10 February to 23 April (dates flexible). The flat is recently renovated, bright, and airy, and set in a charming village-like neighbourhood. Brockley offers excellent transport links, with fast access to HQ via the Overground and DLR. The flat is bright and welcoming, with an east–west aspect, high ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. It heats well in winter and stays cosy year-round. The bedroom overlooks a quiet back garden, making nights very peaceful. There is a church across the street, and you can hear beautiful singing on Sunday mornings. Hilly Fields is just a few minutes away, with Parkrun every Saturday, and Brockley Farmers’ Market nearby makes weekends in the neighbourhood especially enjoyable. The flat is part of a three-storey Victorian house with a strong community feel, and would therefore suit quiet, respectful tenants.
