Appliances are full-sized AAA rated, and include a dishwasher and a tumble dryer alongside a washing machine, fridge-freezer, electric oven, gas hob, and externally vented (to prevent cooking smells) extractor fan. The flat is ideal for two sharers -perhaps siblings or a pair of friends - looking for long-term stability. Please note, due to the flat’s layout it isn’t suitable for groups of sharers, nor a group of three with one intending to adapt the reception space. The flat is owned and managed by an experienced landlord who lives locally. There are no fees to pay except the DPS deposit.
