1 room flat of 34m² in City of Edinburgh

Hi there :) I’m going away for February and am looking to let out my flat while I’m gone. Ideally I’ll have someone staying for the whole month - exact dates either side can be negotiated! You’ll be in Gorgie/Dalry, close to Haymarket station and a 15 minute bus ride from the centre of town. Amenities include washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, shared garden, WiFi, and good insulation. This flat would be perfect for visiting students and academics, professionals taking up short-term positions, or anyone looking for a holiday place in which to stay cosy for the Scottish winter.
