Sunny one bedroom flat available in Angel/Clerkenwell available from 2nd August (can be flexible with dates). Reference checks require a UK credit history and proof of full time income. Flat is a 5 min walk from Angel tube station and 15 mins from Kings Cross. 3 full sized supermarkets about a 7 minute walk away, and a tesco metro 5 mins away. I am moving back to New Zealand, so am looking for someone to take over my lease. Lease is until 13 June 2026, with options to renew there after.
