I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Stapleton House (Unite Students) from September - 26 July 2026. It’s a great option for anyone coming to London for placements or short courses in the summer. The room is a private ensuite with a three-quarter bed, lots of storage, a desk with shelving, and a wardrobe. The toilet has its own shower, sink, and toilet. Highbury & Islington station (Victoria Line, Overground, National Rail) is about a 15-minute walk, giving you excellent connections across London. Plus, Tesco, Aldi, and plenty of other shops and restaurants right on your doorstep. The rent is £355 per week, with all bills included, and the tenancy transfer is done officially through Unite Students, so it’s safe and straightforward.
