1 room flat of 29m² in Leeds

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. Newley decorated one year ago with new carpets. Good size kitchen and storage. Double fitted wardrobe as more than a bonus in the bedroom. Utility cupboard more than big enough to fit 2 suitcases storage as well. I am moving to a different area in the next few weeks due to work and may have a sofa and bed available if needed.
