Hello, I'm moving out of Sheffield to London and I need someone to take my tenancy for the Appartment I'm in. I'll be leaving to move to London for November so ideally someone would be moving in late October, the appartment will be unfurnished (other than white goods like fridge and washer etc) but happy to discuss if you want me to leave any soft furnishings. Tennancy is until early March 2026 It's one bedroom - living/kitchen space - porch - bathroom This is a great Appartment for one person in a close to the centre location near shops/pubs/city centre and Kellham Island. In a gated community, happy to answer any questions. The letting agents are Dove Properties The rent is £750 pcm Utilities for the appartment are for me currently: £20/mth water - £57/mth gas and electric Council tax: £139/mth (for one person) All in all £966/mth
