Looking for someone to take over my Student Roost Newcastle 1 tenancy for the 2026/27 academic year. - Ensuite Silver room - £189 per week - 5 September 2026 – 11 July 2027 - 44-week tenancy - Bills included - Shared kitchen with up to 7 other people (2 fridges, 2 ovens and 2 induction hobs with couch seating area and large round table with chairs) I’ve already paid the first month rent payment (around £560) towards the tenancy so I’m looking for £250 reimbursement/security from the person taking over for part of the amount I’ve already paid. You would then take over the remaining tenancy at the normal £189/week rate. The takeover would be completed officially through Student Roost, so the replacement tenant would need to meet their requirements and be approved by them.
