Two bed flat for rent. It is the top floor - Estate agent called it the Penthouse, I just laughed at them. Can make it furnished or not, you tell me what you require. I will put in a new washing machine/dryer and a fridge freezer. I'll also see if there is room for a dishwasher. No deposit. I have been in a hard position myself in the past, so know how it is if you are going through stuff, divorce, break up etc. You pay for electric and your council tax. I pay the rest, internet, service charges etc. Parking for one car. I will put some more photo's up next week.
