Top floor one bedroom flat available in our luxurious converted loft space in our house in Hangleton. It has a double bedroom, lounge-kitchen-diner and shower room (all separate rooms). A tenant would access the flat via the stairwell in our house but have exclusive use of the top floor. Please note, we live in the rest of the house but do not spend time in the top floor. All bills are included. Please note that due to bills being included the rent for couples is £1200.
