Hi, we are moving out of our 2 bedroom flat and are looking for tenants to replace us and take over the whole flat tenancy. It is available from 16th January 2026. It's a really bright flat (with windows on 3 sides), 2 double bedrooms, lounge and separate kitchen. There are two other flats in the house, all friendly young professionals. There is a huge shared garden at the back which is a real perk, this is well maintained by the landlord. There is street parking available via a permit from Merton. The location is only 5 mins walk to South Wimbledon tube (northern line), 15 min walk to Wimbledon station (district line, national rail and trams). There's a 24hr petrol station at the end of the road and lots of small shops nearby so it's very convenient. Our landlord is advertising the property online (see Rightmove or Ellisons) so all official enquiries should go to them, but if you have any queries for the current tenants do let me know!
