We are looking for someone to sublet our flat for three months from April - June 2026. The flat is spacious and tastefully decorated with free on street parking and a great shared garden that isn’t much used by other tenants. It is in a great location, close to the Botanic Gardens, Wardie Beach, Victoria Park, Inverleith Park and the cycle paths. There is a handy shop two minutes walk away and a kind of mini high street with hairdressers, cafe, Indian restaurant, Pilates studio and more! We are looking for someone who is responsible, considerate and clean and tidy. Must be willing to provide references and the other information our landlord has requested, including a guarantor if required.
