1 room flat of 85 m² in London

The flat has a large kitchen, living room. There is WiFi, an alarm system and two bedrooms/ bathrooms. The flat is a 5 minute walk from Bermondsey Station and Tower Bridge, and a 15 min walk from London Bridge. The Tesco Express is part of the same building and just around the corner. About the rooms: There are two spacious, furnished double bedrooms, both with king-size beds. One is an Ottoman. The beds I bought brand new about 6 months ago, same with the mattresses. One of the rooms has a balcony and built-in wardrobe. The rooms measure 170 sq. feet and 156 sq. feet (with balcony) respectively. I am moving abroad at some point in July. My current flatmate is leaving on the 10th August, so I am looking for someone to move in when she leaves as the flat with be vacant. If you're looking to move in before 10th August, please let me know as my room will be free from 20th July onwards.
