Looking for one or two professionals to share this flat: A large kitchen/living room with a big dining table and chairs (wash machine, cooker, large fridge/freezer, large sink, a lot of cupboards and worktops) , a bathroom ( a bath with shower /basin /toilet / shaving socket, fan etc), and three bedrooms ( one room can be used as a living room, bedrooms are equipped with sofa bed or double bed, big wardrobe or corridor wardrobe, big desk and chair) . Street parking, there are bike shed with roof and door lock for your peace of mind. Three bedrooms ( maximum 3 person , each room is single occupancy ) share the bathroom and the big kitchen. There is NO ensuite bedroom here. One bedroom is occupied by a British female (27y, professional), other two bedrooms are available: Bedroom 1 ( two windows), Bedroom 2, both bedrooms are quiet, because they are away from the bathroom and the kitchen. Both bedrooms are single occupancy, if take both bedrooms together, for one professional £1250/pcm, for a couple or two female £1400/pcm. All bills are included, central heating and 24 hours hot water.
