We are both moving out and so need two new people to take this lovely two bed flat in a very nice and safe area in West London in late August. It is a very short walk through a park to Barons Court Tube station (5 mins) and also close to West Kensington Station (12 mins). The flat is great, it is spacious, has great storage, gets a lot of natural light and everyone in the building is nice and easy to get along with. The landlady is also really nice and gets things done quickly (which is rare). We are moving out on Monday 18th August, so the move in date should be not long after (I would estimate the 22nd) Please get in touch with me if you would like to see it!
