The building is very close to the Bristol University campus, and the road comes off Whiteladies Road and St Pauls Road (on the opposite end). The rent will be £2760 per calendar month (or £690 per person per month), which includes water rates, but excludes other bills. There is a small drive for cars at the front of the property, which is a free perk for tenants only, upon sight of a V5 certificate.
