The building is very close to the Bristol University campus, and the road comes off Whiteladies Road and St Pauls Road (on the opposite end). The rent will be £3200 per calendar month (or £800 per person per month), which includes water rates, but excludes other bills. There is a small drive for cars at the front of the property, which is a free perk for tenants only, upon sight of a V5 certificate. “If you 100% wish to proceed” (please read): In the first instance, the landlord requires a £100 holding fee from each individual. This effectively takes the flat off the market and represents your commitment to the tenancy.
