about the property the flat is the top floor of a victorian townhouse on the edge of camberwell but within walking distance of camberwell and brixton. the closest train station is a 5 minute walk and there are plenty of bus routes. the kitchen, dining/living room and bathroom are shared spaces. there is a cleaning cupboard and storage space in the attic which is only accessed from this flat. there is a washing machine and fridge freezer as provided appliances, however, the freezer space will be all yours as i have my own freezer to use. the flat was renovated shortly before my occupancy two years ago and remains in clean and good decoration.
