This apartment is located in a very well-served area: you have access to both Metro (zone A), buses, and shops. There is a primary school in the neighbourhood. The rent is 725pm, bills/utilities not included. This comes with additional furniture that I am trying to sell separately, and that are not included in the base rent (Toshiba TV, Desk, additional table, dehumidifier, IKEA Queen-size Bed -- not in the letting agency's photos).
