Walking distance to Clifton Down Shopping Centre (Sainsburys etc). The whole rent will be £3300 (or £825 per person) per calendar month. This includes water rates, but excludes all other bills (see below). There is a small drive for cars at the rear of the property, which is a free perk for tenants only, upon sight of a V5 Certificate.
