Hello, I'm moving out of my apartment in London and looking for two lovely people to look after it! It's a lovely apartment that was renovated about three years ago. It has a large kitchen, living/dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one being an ensuite. It also has a private patio garden out the back with BBQ and a pergola above the dinning table. It's less than a 2 minute walk to Archway station which is zone 2 so very quick to anywhere in London. Other than that a 10 minute walk in either compass direction takes you North to Highgate and Waterlow Park, West to Hampstead and Hampstead Heath, South to Tufnell Park and East to Highbury. Bills are very reasonable being an apartment rather than a house - my gas and electric bills are around £90 / month. Council tax is £150 / month and Water is £45 / month. The apartment is already connected to Virgin Gigabyte Fibre.
