Noise detectors are installed to manage excessive noise, with normal levels under 70db being acceptable. Any violations of house rules may result in immediate termination of the booking without a refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property, and violations will incur a cleaning fee of £200. An extra guest fee of £30 per person per night applies for more than 2 guests, and an administration fee of £200 will be charged for unauthorized guests.
