2 rooms flat of 93 m² in London

I am leaving for a few months and looking to sublet my whole 2 bedroom flat in Dalston. it could fit up to 3 people, one room can work well as a double and has a doule bed, but the other room is a bit smaller, it has a double sofa bed and 2 futons I usually stack on top so it gets very comfortable too. The flat is super central and well connected. It has a very cute balcony facing west, so sunset views are great. I normally live here, it is fully furnished and it has everything one would need for a short/medium term stay. I would also like to find someone who would take care of the place, treat it a bit like a home. I am open to having cats or dogs in the place, the couch is scratch proof (as well as EXTRA cosy). Oh, and I have a sound system, a projector and a hammock on the balcony :)
