Hello! I am subletting my entire flat for 4 months, from 1 February to 1 June 2026, with the possibility of extending the stay. Rent: £1,200 per month The rent includes all bills: water, gas, electricity, and council tax. Couples are welcome at no extra cost. Location: SE2 9TW Transport: The flat is close to Abbey Wood station on the Elizabeth Line, offering fast connections across London. There are also frequent trains (approximately every 10 minutes) to London Bridge, Waterloo, Cannon Street, King’s Cross, and other Zone 1 destinations. Area: Within a 5-minute walk, you’ll find: -a nature reserve with ruins of a 12th-century abbey and a café, -a forest, -a lake with a lakeside centre featuring a café and artists’ studios, - TACO, a contemporary art gallery with a café.
