Sole use of 2 bedroom flat. All bills included. 2nd bedroom retained by landlord but we live and work in Wales (might need to stay a few nights a year but would be discussed with yourself if/when needed) Double bedroom, large living area, garden and driveway 15mins walk to Lee station on quiet road. Brand new sofa, large double wardrobe, double bed, desk and dining table all included along with all white goods in kitchen. Small dogs/cats are allowed. All bills included
