Check-out is before 10 am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.Please be on time when checking out. Our cleaners are often there at 10 am on the dot and have a busy schedule. A £20 charge per half an hour will be applied for unauthorized late check-outs or early check-ins.Keys:Specific instructions are given a day before check-out to ensure keys are placed in the key safe when departing the property. If instructions are not followed, this will cause a delay in my cleaner's access and impact their schedule for the rest of the day. As a result, there will be a fine of £50.A £50 fee is charged for call out if you forget the keys and lost keys are charged at
