I really like this flat, I'm only looking for somebody to take over my 2026/27 contract as I am moving in with my partner. The £910/month contract starts on 1st July, but I wouldn't mind somebody moving in 1-2 months earlier (the current rent is £840). The estate agent is also very lovely and they always get things fixed ASAP. £800 deposit and a UK guarantor required. Students preferred but they said they might consider a professional.
