1 bed flat in Seven Dials available to rent for the whole of June. Single occupancy preferred. The flat was fully refurbished in 2023 and is in very good condition. It is situated 0.5 miles from the train station and 0.7 miles from the beach. There are a variety of cafes, pubs and restaurant's close by. The rent is £1100 for the month excluding bills and the damage deposit is £500. The bills cost - Council Tax - £102 Water - £23 Gas - £25 Electricity - £30 Please note there is no internet in the flat. I have found my phones hotspot plenty good enough to stream on the 43" Smart TV. This is my home and I get on well with my neighbours so maybe not an option for party animals. The flat is situated on the third floor and there is no lift. The trade off for the steps are spectacular views of the sun setting over the Downs.
