I’m looking for someone to sublet my lovely Manchester flat from around 8th May to mid-June – dates are flexible and open to discussion. Due to a recent injury (broken collarbone), I’ll be staying in the countryside to recover and would love to find someone reliable to enjoy the space while I’m away. The flat is fully furnished and well looked after – it’s my home, so while my belongings will still be there, I’ll ensure everything is clean, tidy, and ready for you to move in. Because I won’t be able to clear it out completely due to my injury, I’m offering a reduced rent for the right person. Perfect for someone looking for a warm, characterful place to stay short-term.
