Due to new work commitments in London I need to find an immediate tenant and would love to find someone reliable to enjoy the space while I’m away. With electricity, water and internet included it's £975 all in + £156 council tax making it £1,131 to be paid on 30th November and final day of each month, plus £1000 deposit up front. (I've dropped the price because I am keen to fill it quickly as I have just signed a new contract in London) There is on site parking and a bike shed too.
