Good transport links X21 and X20 bus stops outside the building buses are 10mins walk. The building has its own private car park as well. Selly oak and university train stations are about 20mins walk. Local amenities 10-15mins walking distance The agency allows cats Rent is £710 plus council tax if applicable. Currently I am on a package deal for utilities that can be transferred if needed or you can sort your own.
