Looking for a couple or 2 individuals who would like to take over mine and my flatmates tenancy there will be 2 months left on the property with the option to renew. This flat has 2 beds and 2 baths one is an ensuite and the other is separate from the bedroom. We loved living here and if you search New Vic apartments on Google you can see additional photos of the building and amenities. So the bills currently are: Energy: £60 Water: 32 ( can change) Rent: 838 Council tax: £109 each Works out altogether as: £1039 a month It went up last year by £20 each per person but as you would have only lived there for 2 months there may be a chance of negotiating with them to keep the rent as it is as 2 months is not that long. They are very reasonable when it comes to increases and you can negotiate an increase that may best suit you as we did , if they say they will need to increase it ( let’s say by another £20-40 again potentially) Pets are allowed and parking is subject to availability but that is an additional charge. Building comes with Co working areas , Gym ,Games room and Cinema Room. PLEASE
